The unique secret of the Healer is how it will work, the priority

If the priority is 'Item': the healer will run in this order: High Item → Low Item → High Spell → Low Spell

If the priority is 'Spell': the healer will run in this order: High Spell → Low Spell → High Item → Low Item

To active a heal tool you must check the 'Low' or the 'High' checks.
